Health Guarantee

puppy-clothes-line-animated.gif

Every precaution has been made to see that your puppy is in
good health at the time of sale. However, you should have
your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2
working days of receiving your pup. In the event that your vet
should find a congenital life threatening illness have him write
an assessment stating the problem. Immediately return the
puppy with the vets statement and registration papers. After
I have spoken to him and/or my vet is in agreement, your
puppy will be replaced or your purchase price will be refunded
to you. In case of death an autopsy (at buyers expense)
proving illness by a licensed vet is required. If the puppy
should die before it turns one yr. old of a congenital defect
the guarantee will still stand as long as buyer has abided by
the guarantee and puppy is up to date on shots etc.. Send a
copy of the autopsy and registration papers within 3 days of
the autopsy for a refund or replacement or the guarantee will
be void. Common puppy possibilities such as worms, ear mites,
coccidiosis, giardiasis, etc.. are not life threatening and are
not in the guarantee. Hypoglycemia is preventable and not
genetic. If you purchase a small pup keep Nutra Cal on hand
for low blood sugar. This also would not fall under the
guarantee. Please have your puppy checked by your
veterinarian within the 48 hrs to validate this guarantee.
Buyers and sellers signature are also required on the
guarantee. Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred
once puppy leaves the sellers possession (vet bills,
transportation cost, meds etc..). Puppies are sold as pets and
I can not guarantee the disposition, size, color, conformation
or breeding capability. By purchasing the puppy, the buyer
understands and agrees to all the terms of this guarantee.
This guarantee is not transferable. Have fun with your new pet.
